  1. Minimum Age of Participants: Due to the nature of KindSpa events, all event participants must be 21 years of age or older.
  2. Reservation Requirements: Reservation for all events require a 50% deposit at time of booking via credit or debit card. We accept full payment for the balance of event services one week before the event via credit or debit card. No refunds.
  3. Cancellation Policy: Event cancellations less than 72 hours before the event are charged the full event fee. Cancellations more than 72 hours before the event are charged a 25% booking fee. The booking fee can be applied to another event within three months of the original event date.
  4. Refusal of Services: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. This includes contraindicated medical conditions, inappropriate conduct or any other situation.
  5. Parking Costs: Parking or valet fees for all KindSpa staff are added to the cost of the event.
  6. Travel Fees: There is a minimum $50.00 surcharge for travel beyond our normal service area (within 15 miles of the Interstate 10/405 interchange). This fee covers the cost of additional fuel and time for all KindSpa staff.
  7. Pets: KindSpa events utilize sophisticated equipment and products. It’s often best for pets to be kenneled or kept in a separate room for their safety and the safety of spa staff and guests.
